By accessing or using this Platform and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Peace Valley Ventures Private Limited is a platform that helps individuals access licensed financial advisors, including SEBI-registered investment advisors (RIAs), CAs, insurance advisors, and legal professionals. The platform also provides financial education content and facilitates appointments or subscriptions for advice. Peace Valley Ventures Private Limited does **not** provide distribution or execution services and is not affiliated with any mutual fund, insurance, or broking entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to use our services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Nature of Services

* The advice provided on the platform is from qualified professionals and is **non-binding** on Peace Valley Ventures Private Limited.
* Peace Valley Ventures Pvt. Ltd. provides fee-only, non-commissioned advice under its RIA license.
* No client relationship is formed merely by browsing or interacting with the website. A formal engagement letter or service agreement is required for advisory services.

4. Platform Usage and Conduct

By using the platform, you agree:

* To provide accurate and up-to-date information.
* Not to misuse or disrupt the platform, use bots, reverse engineer, or copy any content.
* To use the services in compliance with all applicable Indian laws, including SEBI regulations.

5. Payments and Refunds

* All fees are transparently disclosed before engagement.
* Payment is to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or other currencies as made available through supported international payment gateways.
* Currency exchange rates and any foreign transaction fees are determined by your card issuer or payment provider and are not controlled by Peace Valley Ventures Private Limited.
* Refunds are processed only for cancellations **before** a consultation or service is delivered. No refunds post-delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

10. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Peace Valley Ventures Pvt. Ltd. uses custom AI tools to support its internal operations. This includes summarising client call transcripts, generating pre-call research, and assisting advisors with internal tasks.

What this means for you:​

• AI tools do not receive your personal or financial information in identifiable form. Data is anonymised before it is processed.

• AI does not make financial decisions or generate investment advice. Every AI-assisted output is reviewed by a qualified human advisor before use.

We reserve the right to update or change the AI tools we use as part of our operations. Any material change in how AI affects your data will be reflected in our Privacy Policy.

11. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the grievance officer is:
